How to Make a Korean Yogurt and Soju Cocktail
This is the perfect celebratory drink for New Year’s Eve! It’s tangy, sweet, and fizzy!
The first time I had this I practically drank a pitcher by myself! And I am not much of a drinker at all! So it’s just that good!
There are only three ingredients, but they might be hard to find unless you have an Asian market near you.
Ingredients
Korean soju – 350mL
Korean yogurt drink – about 315mL
Sprite or 7-Up – 355mL
Directions
- Stir the yogurt drink and soju together in a large pitcher.
- Then stir in the Sprite or 7-Up.
As you can tell, it’s about a 1:1:1 ratio of soju to yogurt drink to soda. So the milliliters are just approximations.
You can even taste test it as you go (a little for me, a little for the recipe😉) to see if you want more of one over the others. You really can’t mess it up because it’s to your taste!
I would strongly advise not to use regular yogurt or most types of drinkable yogurt. It’s the Korean yogurt drink that has a tanginess/tartness that adds so much to this cocktail. I think it’s the probiotics. Hey, does this mean this cocktail is healthy??
Well, here’s to your health then! 😆
